- Guild ID & User IDs: Used as unique identifiers to provide and manage the service.
- Discord Display Name: Collected to identify users within the bot's interface.
- Blueprint Data: We extract text from uploaded blueprint screenshots.
2. How We Handle Images
Immediate Deletion: Blueprint screenshots are processed for text extraction and then deleted immediately from our memory/servers. We do not store original image files.
Extracted Text: Only the resulting text data is saved to our database to provide the bot’s core functionality.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data based on Contractual Necessity (to provide the service you requested) and Legitimate Interest (to maintain bot security and server-specific settings).
4. Data Retention & Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You may request a copy of the data we have stored about you.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
- Data Deletion: To delete your data, you can use the /delete-my-data command or contact the developer directly.
